These are great town-homes for a working couple. Tons of storage, good neighbors, updated fixtures (within last 5-10). It was in good shape when we arrived, but smelled pretty badly of smoke (really bad). As soon as we let management know, they sent someone out to help us and within days we were up and running smell free. Garage is big enough to fit a pickup (tight). Basement was walkout. 2nd story deck with nice mountain view. Prices are relatively expensive, but when you consider how much space you are getting, it's not bad at all.nnThe bedrooms were very large in our 2 bedroom unit. MUCH bigger than any other place we have lived. 3 bathrooms was more than enough as well. Appliances were well used but worked fine (I would not say they were good but they were usable). New management mid way through our stay kept things stable, and any time we needed something Dominique was very responsive. The maintenance guy was nice too, we lived right next to him. He was always working on something! Very timely.nnThey could use some other attractive amenities like a pool, gym, etc, but for the location, this place was all we needed. We only moved because we bought a house!
I lived here for a little over two years. For the most part things were good. Nice updated unit, vinyl floors that looked like wood, serviceable appliances, second floor laundry in my unit which was great. Lots of young families but I was a single woman and felt welcome.nnLawn care and snow removal were mediocre overall, sometimes great and sometimes nonexistent. Moving in went smoothly with everything ready on time and moving out also went really well, no unreasonable charges and both a pre moveout and moveout inspection done with me to review the home. Leasing office was easy to work with, including when the construction of my new home was heavily delayed due to COVID and I needed to extend my lease somewhat last minute.nnMaintenance was responsive but they didn't always address my problems thoroughly. For example I had issues with my front door from the day I moved in until the day I moved out (would only stay shut with the deadbolt on) and on multiple occasions had someone out to look at it only to be told it was fine. Same with a downstairs toilet that constantly ran and a few other minor but annoying issues. But in general if I kept requesting help they were able to fix things, it just often took multiple trips to get them to really look into the problem and for some minor things it wasn't worth the hassle so I just gave up.nnOverall I had a good two years here but it is very expensive. Good for someone just moving to the area like I was and not sure if they're staying or where they want to buy a home. Not sure it makes sense economically for more than a year or two.
This was the most caring staff I’ve ever worked with Dominique went the extra mile making sure my house was perfect for me and Diedra was also extra accommodating for the time frame I wanted to this move ... this is an amazing team!!! Thank u both!!!
Been trying for 3 months to get last bill for move out, only for them to send it to creditors.
I have lived in the community for a year and have found it to be an excellent choice. There are many positive features which a future resident should consider. First, maintenance is outstanding. Efficient, knowledgeable, quick response would describe this feature. Secondly, leasing management...namely Paris. She is organized, willing to listen and work with residents, and cares about the community. The next feature is safety. I personally feel safe especially walking at night. Areas are well lit. The next feature would be proximity to shopping, medical needs, restaurants, etc and intrastate roads such as route 83, turnpike, 15. There are 2 airports within an hour drive. If I had to think of a negative aspect it would be a very small minority of residents who don't take the time to fully read their lease regarding regulations. Finally, I would point out the community spirit where decorations are put up for holidays, community gathering for trick or treating, and community yard sales. I would highly recommend this community.
