The service at this store is always exceptional! Everyone is friendly and helpful. And through this chaotic time in 2020 they have been incredible. I have a medical condition and can't cover my face with a mask. This store offered curbside pickup which was great. However there were times I needed to actually do my own shopping. They did not discriminate and allowed people to enter if needed. I will continue to support this local business more than ever!
I love Ricks Home Center. Just like old times in there. Everything you need in one place, in the neighborhood and ALWAYS friendly, ALWAYS available staff, ALWAYS knowledgeable. Go here before you order online or go to big box stores.
They had exactly what I needed that I couldn't find at Lowe's or Home Depot! Friendly and knowledgeable staff that went out of their way to help me! I definitely recommend this store to anyone. Thanks for all your help!
The staff go above and beyond with helping their customers. They are always so helpful with finding what I need. When I am in the store I get asked multiple times by multiple employees if I need help. Even if I am unsure what I exactly need, I know they will help me. It is very obvious managment has high expectations of their employees. Always offering to help, even if it's carrying bags of grass seed to my truck that is parked on the end of the lot in the pouring rain. The store is always clean and well organized. The shelves are always stocked with wide variety of items. I love the hometown feel that comes when shopping here.
Store is well stocked. Other Ace stores such as the Manchester store were much closer to me but acted like they never heard of Portland cement. Ricks had the 47 pound bag as shown on their site. It was a bit of a drive to get to Ricks but it appears they stock product with the consumer in mind.
