The owners are so unfriendly and unprofessional not helpful. There are no trash cans at the vacuums. We needed change the change machine was not working we told them about it and their response “it should work, it’s been working all day” we had to go back again and tell them it wasn’t working and they acted like we were annoying them. Sorry we wanted to spend more money at your business.

I stopped at the Anderson Kwik N Shine Car wash in GOLDSBOROO, this morning on my way to work. I was a little hesitant about the doors shutting while I was having my car washed. There was a young lady that looked like she was a regular, so I asked her about the garage doors. She was so sweet and informative and when I asked her name, she said it was JAIME and she was an employee there. She actually watched me go through the wash and waited until I was out. My car looks beautiful and meeting Jaime, who went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable inside the wash bay, was PRICELESS!!nDedicated, personable, helpful employees like her, are hard to find and I will continue going there to get my car washed, because of her!!! I wish more small business’s had employees like her, she is quite an asset!!!!

This was a great experience for a personal car wash. I really liked how there were multiple settings and I could adjust them for the pace that I wanted to wash my car at. The only thing I encountered as a problem was that the tire shine seemed to be low and there didn’t seem to be anyone around to refill it.

I normally do not leave bad reviews. But the car wash attendant is rude and unprofessional. Last week he gave me a attitude because I was using a bay he wanted to service. There was indication the bay was going to be serviced prior to me using it. I still moved my car to another bay. Today I went back and i was drying off my windows in a hurry because it looked like it was going to rain. He told me to move and dry my windows in the drying area. EVERY SINGLE BAY WAS OPEN! I was the only client washing my car. So I was about to leave anyway but he came back 2 seconds later saying I had to leave. I will never go back. He needs to learn how to treat clients.

Great place! Had problems with the machine, talked to the on duty tech, moved over to the next bay, he put credits on the machine! Something as simple as that makes a big difference!
