Ordered my food online and it was crazy busy but they were fully staffed, communicating and sanitizing. I received my food promptly and they even opened the door for me as I left. Phenomenal customer service!
5 Guys is one of our favorite stops! Order online and pick it up. Great Cajun fries and Burgers!
Do not make curbside pickup an option if you aren’t prepared to follow through on it. I followed every step and waited patiently for 30 minutes in front of the restaurant for my food as I saw people come and go with orders that came after mine. That’s fine, I needed the convenience of curbside because I live with someone who is immunocompromised. Once the crowd thinned out and I still hadn’t gotten my food, I went inside to find my food was pushed off to the side and never brought to me. I won’t come back to this location until the pandemic is over because they clearly have not adapted to it after nearly 6 months of opportunity to.
Ordered my food online. Head in to pick it up and have to wait 10 minutes after the quoted time. All the while people come in and order and get their food before me. Pretty frustrating.
Then after waiting, they forgot part of the order. So I go back in to get it and their is an employee with their gloves on using their cellphone. They put it back in their pocket and go right back to building burgers with the same gloves.
Pricey Food, but well worth an occasional visit when you're hankering for a burger. I did an uber order through this location and ordered some burgers, fries, and a kosherdog with the toppings piled. They all came as clean as possible, showing some legitimate effort when the order was being prepared and the fries were perfect.
