I ordered one food item.. the ranch crispy chicken taco, as im allergic to habenero. First of all I didnt know what I wanted cuz it had been awhile since the last time I was there, cuz the customer service is terrible half the time. I told the drive thru person I wasnt sure what I wanted and there was no one behind me.. she then was like "are you ready to order yet", and not nicely. I give her my order of one taco and one soda.. she asked if I wanted ranch or habenero and I said very clearly and loudly, ranch. Then I got to the window and gave her payment which she scoffed at. Afterwards I just decided to forget the whole thing and just not go back again. I bit into the taco and its spicy. So I call the store to double check even tho my tongue starts to feel fuzzy. They tell me the ranch isn't spicy at all and I explain to them the situation and as im explaining my mouth is getting noticeably more and more swollen. Theyre response is sorry, ill talk to them. Sorry? I could literally die and all you have to say is sorry.. her tone suggested she didn't care and when I said I could literally die and you don't even care, she said nothing and then hung up.
Good food at a great price. Fast drive thru service
The staffs are friendly and i love the way they ask me more for more orders!
