The food and service is great. The poor review is for the online ordering system which is absolutely horrible. The menu items such as breads, sauces and specialty menu items is never kept current, so after placing an order you can expect a phone call with all of the things they don't have. Obviously this negates the convenience and time-saving aspect of online ordering. The employees are nice and courteous and apologize every time and explain that they keep telling the owner to update the app, but they never do. I'm sure it's just as bad for them having to call people every time they receive an online order. Advice to the owner, download the Chipotle and Jimmy John's app to see how seamless online ordering should be and get with the program before they put you out of business. I can tell you I find myself ordering from them more often when I don't have time to mess around.

It was a crowded busy lunch crowd and they were banging out orders quickly and accurately. I was very impressed with how efficient and friendly the staff was.
