We had Heather work with us to sell our home. She went above and beyond our expectations from beginning to end. She is honest and helpful identifying what needs to be completed before listing. Paperwork and quotes are thorough and completed in the utmost timely manner. Any repairs that came up during the inspection she was able to contact contractors and finalize repairs very quickly. We would highly recommend Heather to anyone needing a realtor , and will pick her again with any future needs!

When we wanted to purchase a small home to be used as a rental, Heather Altenhofen did a great job of finding suitable properties for us to consider. We finally settled on one, but unfortunately, we ran into several hurdles that slowed and complicated the process. Heather was a gem throughout - patient, helpful, encouraging, and knowledgeable. We worked with Heather Altenhofen to buy a house and sell our house in Miles City. Heather was a big help in preparing to sell our house, very honestly explaining the things we needed to do for a quick sell. She then sold it in three days. Buying our house went smooth, she was always available, even when she shouldn't be, arranged an electrician and plumber to have a look at issues, and helped in every way she could. She was tremendous to work with.
