Range Rider's Museum

I found it was very educational I learned so many things I have known before. The native Americans also the begging of Miles City. I also learned about Custer. How egotistical and put the wagon before the horse.. He thought he had more troops than he had to bad they didn’t have cell phones back then . He sure could have used one.

Cool place, but closed at the time we visited...

Special thanks for That man who works there ! He is just amazing person! He make that visit for us so much fun!!! And museum very interesting full of interesting things about America culture. We very glad we stoped by to see what’s inside)

The displays of artifacts and narrated dioramas are very well organized and highly informative. There are many interesting items to see, including unique works of art and craftsmanship throughout. The love and interest of the community in the preservation of Miles City's history is apparent. Worth a stop.

If you are ever in Miles City Montana you must see the range riders museum. They have an absolutely fantastic display of frontier clothing and equipment. there is also a very large display of. Rifles and other weapons. Exhibit showing what frontier buildings and inside of the buildings would have been like. they even have a carriage house full of old wagons and even some old cars. you can easily spend two hours going through this exhibit and still not really see everything.
