We stopped here for Sunday breakfast and while we did have a decent wait for us to receive a table, once we were seated at our table our waitress was very quick and friendly. Within a couple of minutes she asked for our order and we had our drinks. It only took about 5 minutes to receive our food which I thought was very fast considering. Both of our meals were delicious, and properly made. If not for the COVID-19 restrictions, I believe we would have been seated more quickly. Nonetheless, the experience was very good overall.

They forgot to include two items in our pickup order. I called and the manager personally drove those items to our house within about 10 minutes! Everyone makes mistakes, but most do not care to make it right. They have gained our loyalty for life. Not to mention, their food is awesome!

Don’t waste your time.. Go to Cracker Barrel. I will never go to this Bob Evans restaurant. They Refused my order for take out. Huge let down, I love Bob Evans... I will drive out of my way to go to a different store. The Manager is horrible at their job.nnFalse advertising. Food was very good and service is always quick. They are following all the CDC guidelines and I feel very safe there. I think it is very important that they are going the extra steps to help with ridding our country of this virus.
