They know the state inside and out and have extraordinary knowledge and experience about not just Montana real estate, but also about virtually every aspect of Montana life: farming, ranching, hunting, fishing, etc. Highly recommended for any real estate need, but especially recommended for buying and selling land in our beautiful state.

I don't know who is writing the descriptions of all the listings for this agency, but I don't care about the novel describing the mallard ducks flocking to the river, or the reflection of the mission mountains, or panoramic views overlooking............ some descriptive words are good, but paragraphs of it when you don't even cover what I am looking for is really obnoxious. I have to read through ALL that just to not know if there is a well, if it has been septic approved, if there are the covenants. On most of your listings, just to know the acreage size is not usually until the second paragraph. If I wanted just a pretty picture in my head, I would go read an article about Montana, not shop for land.
