They need more workers and better management. The 2 workers were doing all they could to keep up, but it was busy and the previous shift didn't leave them in good shape.

I want to thank the manager there, she was short staffed today and I know how that feels but she served me as fast as she could and she was very nice. We talked a little bit and the subs were delicious! I don't know her name but I want to thank her for hanging in there and doing the best she can in these crazy times! I am a retail manager so I know how it is.

I got to this store at 8:12pm, the door was locked, there were customers inside, the website says open until 9pm, but the lady working screams at me we're closed early due to being short staffed. How do you close early then get mad at a customer for not knowing when your webpage says you're open until 9pm? I will drive out of my way before I go back to this store!

Whole establishment was dirty, and with four people working the counter, the line was at least 12 people long. We ordered two sandwiches from this subway and it took about 35 minutes with a lot of confusion involved with two sandwiches...Employees were being rude to each other in front of customers and they weren’t wearing masks—if they were, it was not covering their nose. Really dirty and really unpleasant experience.

Very slow, unorganized. People were not very active in getting orders filled.
