Great store. Small, but have more stuff than Walmart, hardware-wise. Always pleasant and helpful. Easy to find, great hours. Open on Sunday. I'm right across the street from them, so, I can walk and get in some exercise, being 68. They are right next door to the former Black Horse Tavern, birthplace of the Whiskey Rebellion( it's gone now, but a plaque is there, a National Landmark)

They are absolutely the best! If you are a DIY, you can gain more knowledge about a project from them than anywhere on the internet. Always helpful with what you need for a project, they've even loaned me tools to do it. Don't let the size fool you. They know what you need, usually have it or can tell you where to get it. Big box stores you wander around can't hold a candle to this place. I never hesitate to go to them first for everything. Their prices are far more reasonable than larger stores, who have to maintain inventory for the masses. And their flowers in the spring are the best!

Our daughter bought her first house (in need of much love, aka many repairs) nearby. We came to help but are from the West Coast so we had to buy all our tools in addition to supplies for plumbing, carpentry, electrical, gas lines, locks, paint, etc. The quality is better and more affordable than the closest Home Depot. The bonus, they know hardware and are super helpful. They loaned us a wheelbarrow for some quick trips and a hole saw for drilling holes for new door locks. This store is a gem and I hope that the locals treasure it. It's hard to find service like this in a big chain and it was nice not having to drive miles away to get needed parts. It allowed us to get a lot accomplished in a small time window.
