Bobby, Shawn and another plumber are profesional, knows how to fix gas leak. They know what parts to be replaced. They are fast to do an emergency job and the price is reasonable. I will refer them to my family and friends. Thank you Butter Plumbing for excellent job. I appreciate your help.

Wow! Had an emergency situation that was smelling up whole house. They came promptly and found the problem all the way at the sewer clean out in front of house. He solved it and I am very relieved it wasn’t something worse. Didn’t try to sell me new services or push anything. Very professional & polite!!

This is the second time I used Butter Plumbing and I am very satisfied. The tech was on time and called me to let me know he was on his way. When he arrived, he was very polite and informative. I called to have them replace a couple bathroom sinks and to check my water pressure since it's been very low lately. He explained if I needed something replaced but didn't push me to do make any additional purchase. I will definitely use them again in the future.

I had a small leak last year in my sprinkler system. Las Vegas Sprinklers did the work and it took 9 weeks because of really bad workmanship. Finally they sent in Butter Plumbing to put in a shut-off valve that I wanted. That worked well, but this year the sprinkler system that the Las Vegas Sprinklers supposedly fixed started leaking even more. My water bills really skyrocketted! So I called Butter Plumbing, and Scott, the technician, came right out and found the leak - water was pouring out 24 hours becauase the water went directly to the broken sprinkler line before coming into the house! Scott got the shut-off valve turned on and now everything is okay again. I highly recommend Butter Plumbing. They saved me last year, and now again this year. Great reliable company and technicians!

# 1 I called to make an appointment, it was set for Friday 11th at 10:30am. I called at 10:00am to verify appointment, Deanna told me my appointment time was 12:30pm WOW!!! why wasn't I notified that it had been changed. #2 I got a call about 30 minutes latter from Deanna saying, the technician can come to my location in 45 minutes, if that works for me. So I agreed, and drove back to the location where the work needed to be done. #3 The tech shows up, look around the trailer, asked me how long was the trailer, went inside the trailer, opening cabinets that had nothing to do with the job he was assessing. Then give a $430 charge for the propane line change, I asked him was that the total including his fee for showing up, HE SAID YES!!!!! He handed me his tablet to sign approvel for payment and the work!!! Is when I saw the $65.00 in addition to the $430.00 charge!!!! I question him about it, his only answer was, "Who yeah it will be almost $500.00" I also question him why am I getting charged $25.00 per feet of the 18 foot trailer, and he's only adding 6 to 8 feet of propane line. He couldn't answer that one!!! I don't mind paying for what I want or need!!!! But this company's will rip you off!!! I hope they enjoy that $65.00. Also he couldn't do the work, I had to make another appointment to get the work done. He said it will take 4 hours. Why would it take 4 hours to add 6 feet of propane line!!! I guest he needed to justify the $430.00
