Their installers were punctual and very courteous. They completed toilet removals-replacements very quickly, efficiently and made sure to remove all trash and debris from bathroom areas. Highly recommended and will use them again for plumbing needs!!
I had to wait 2 weeks for a measurement that would have taken 10 minutes, I say would have happened because after they were paid they showed up late after I had already left. Then when they finally answered the phone, they told me they would called me back. I never got the call back. Never again will I give this place my business
They showed up when they were supposed to to install an appliance from Lowe's; they did the job well and quickly. The two gentlemen were very courteous and professional. Can't ask for more.
BTW, I'm hiring them independently to do another job for me.
2 techs came to install 3toilets from Lowe’s. I was impressed with the way they cleaned up after themselves, and kept me informed as they were working.
I will not suggest this company. The older gentleman did not correctly fix the issue the first time and came back another day to fix the existing issue and was very rude. I feel it was totally unnecessary and not professional especially if I am paying you for your services.
