My family and I enjoyed our stay here at Glenbrook Terrace very much. The ladies in the front office were amazing and attentive to any concerns I had, both before and while I was a tenant. Maintenance took care of any issues that we had promptly and without complaint. The pool and the kid play areas were clean and well kept. I would recommend this place to stay to anyone looking for a place to call home.

Apartments are good sized. Outside is clean. Staff is friendly. That being said, it is not a good area overall. Gunshots nightly. Recently another shooting made the news. Alot of sketchy people here.

Amazing Staff, wonderful neighborhood!! Great Place to live. The only place I know that has a resident appreciation week to show that they appreciate their tenants!! Thank you for the amazing week so far. Looking forward to the Pool Party tomorrow!! ❤

I have lived in these apartments for almost a year and am very happy.The office staff is always so helpful and attentive to any issue or concern I've had. The manager is always working on ways to improve this community. My experience with the maintenance has also always been a positive one. I would definitely recommend checking this place if your looking for a place to call home.

I have no problems with this community. I have been here 2 years and enjoy my experience here. The staff is exceptional when an issue arises and they handle it in a very efficient and professional way. Karina is always there when I have any issues. She is my #1 fsvorite!!!!
