My mom is 76 and she lives here. I come out to stay with and keep her company. A lot U.S. Air force live here and I cannot stress enough how kind the people who live here truly are. Jessica in the office is also very good at her job and extremely nice

If you’re considering this apartment...move onto the next place. I’d rate this as zero stars if I could...these pics are from day 1-3 of my living here. Tub was clogged from previous renter. I literally had to draino it before I could wash it...since it was dirty. Door knob hanging. Bathroom light was on the sink instead of attached to the wall. Kitchen cabinets stained and beat up from previous renter, if not left unclean, sloppily painted. Paint comes up when you try to clean the shelves. Cant close cabinets in hopes of airing out stench. Clearly not healthy. Kitchen disposal was clogged with previous user’s old Brillo pad Ice maker not attached to anything, completely broken in freezer Freezer and fridge don’t get cold...my frozen foods melted over the past few days Ac was blowing air at 104 degrees when set to cool to 68 Front door missing weather strip, large gaps to outside. Washer smelled rotten so I ran an empty cycle with washing machine cleaner....flooded my kitchen with washer grime. Dishwasher not even attached to counter. Came out when I opened the door

Melissa in the front office has been so helpful from our showing till now when having concern has always made sure to give us a proper explanation and solution to our concerns. She’s always helpful and kinda whenever we have on the phone.

This review/ rating ONLY applies to Melissa. She is a really great office agent who has helped us throughout our time here. We have now moved on, but she was always very responsive and efficient when we needed something. She needs to be promoted.

After living in multiple apartments I can safely say that customer service is a make or break for an apartment complex! The living quarters for this apartment was just fine! Plenty of space the pricing was fine. But in the year and a month of living here the only thing I ever received were notices of things I needed to fix. Ranging from taking down my decorative lights on the back patio to cleaning the already dirty concrete outside the front area. I only ever asked for assistance once from the administrative staff prior to moving out in the year I was there and it was after noticing a renters insurance charge on my monthly bill even though I had renters insurance at the time I moved in. When asking to show proof of insurance and having the monthly charge refunded (which a previous apartment complex has done) I was told no and that “it isn’t our fault you didn’t notice.” This was a terrible response. And by applying the same logic I should not have had to back pay 3 months worth of pet rent that the front office finally noticed. Additionally, I left over 4 voicemails for the front office and have not once ever received a return call. The move out process was fine. If I moved back to LV there would be other apartments I’d move in before these. A better review would be given with better customer service!
