How our 'New Residency at Norterra Canyon Apts' has been. Through the social distancing due to Covid-19, we were pleasantly surprised by the prompt and kind attention of the Leasing Office Representatives (Cindy and Linda), to accommodate us with a new move in request. The application process was simple and with any questions my daughter or I may have had, we were answered via email or phone immediately. On the day we moved in, we found our Luxury apartment in excellent condition. The complex is very quiet, the parking is open and truly available for tenant access, including disabled parking in front of units. The pools have just begun to open and we immediately utilized the pool near our residence. The pool area was clean and appointment based for use. The Amazon pick-up lockers have been so important with orderings items for our new home. The park area for children, within the complex, is my grandsons favorite play spot. I would recommend any family seeking a residence with an interior which feels beautiful and like a home, consider Norterra Canyon Apartments.

Horrible! I have lived a lot of places and this is worst. Everything was broken when I moved in and I had to call multiple times just to be able to get simple things like oven, fridge, heat and hot water. Then the dishwasher. It took me over a month to get a dishwasher then the manager called me and blamed me for the broken dishwasher. It was unimaginable. Neighbors blast music and I caught one peeing off of his balcony. Save your time and your money...live in a tent or your car cause this place looks nice but it isn't worth it.

I’m a returning resident... I lived here in 2015 and had a great experience. This time, it is a little different but it’s not horrible. All the staff in the office are super friendly and are always happy to answer any questions I may have.

I live here and enjoy the convenience and closeness to all the major highways shopping centers and some great restaurants.

I can't speak for anyone else but I have been very pleased with the Property Manager and the whole crew at Noterra. Any problems I have had they have been very accommodating even with the busyness of this complex. They have allowed me to feel comfortable here & it's a team effort to take care of this property. If you see something say something to help them, this is a huge property and they are a little crew. Be patient, and if they forget something just remind them that's all, they are NOT doing it on purpose or trying to avoid you. It took them almost my whole lease to fix my alarm but hey it's fine and I'm happy. They have been very helpful, as for the residents everyone is there own person. If there's any issues say something and they will handle it. That is a Fact!
