I called on a Saturday with a leaky faucet problem. I was so impressed that I was able to get a plumber, Phil, to come that very morning. Phil did a great job in putting in the faucet and replacing a valve. He explained the cost before he started the job. I was very impressed with Phil and would highly recommend Master Plumbing.
Phil did an excellent job replacing bath spout and handle. Fast service! Highly recommend Master Rooter and Phil was awesome!
Was doing some home remodeling, and one of the unexpected challenges I ran into was needing my 18-year-old water heater replaced. Obviously due to its age.. called and somebody came right over. Their technician Rob is outstanding. Professional and courteous and did follow through. Once they agree to come out, you get a text with the technicians name, they promised what they said. they are honest and ethical. Seriously a first class organization! There's a reason they have a high rating!
Called Friday morning to have a technician out to see why a kitchen sink was backing up and regurgitating the drain contents. The technician Robert called and coordinated an early arrival and was able to snake the drain and provide excellent support in a timely manner.
