I’ve been here a few years now and I can say I’ve had a great experience. Jennifer and Karla are the best they are always doing their best from what I see to get things done. Maintenance is always on time and is always making sure we are good. The community is always clean and I’ve never had any troubles. Thank you again to the front office I just love them 😍.

Jenifer is the best!!!! The management has helped my family so much during this hard and uncertain time. They have been super understanding and resourceful. Great communication, responsive, and very professional. The management team makes you feel right at home. I really appreciate all the help!!!! My family and I have lived her four months now and I have to say we love it. The staff is very helpful and gave us information about everything that we needed to make the transition easier. We are like a lot of other families that are going thru the Covid chaos and given the resources to help us keep a roof over our head. Ravello is home.

If I could rate a ZERO I would. Karla is rude and very disrespectful. She lied about running my application no report to me informing my credit was ran me and my partner. The next day I informed her we needed this done ASAP If possible that’s when she became snappy and said she won’t return my deposit I will be writing a complaint to fair housing.

We stayed here about 6 years ago. We cleaned out our apartment. The only thing that needed to be done when we left was the carpets to be steamed cleaned. Everything else was completely cleaned. When we called from our new duty station to have our security deposit to be mailed to our address. We were informed we don’t get our security deposit back. If I new this we would have never stayed here. We stayed here for about 4-5 years. It was very disappointing!!
