Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

Left Colorado Springs this morning to head back home to Oregon, decided on Idaho Falls for our overnight stop. Got into town kinda late (after 9pm) and wanted a decent meal at a sit-down place. Saw Red Robin on the way to our hotel and since hubby had never been and was craving a burger we decided to go.nnThe interior/decor wasn't so much our taste, too much of a modern/cold/industrial-type feel.nnThe service was very prompt, friendly, and efficient. Orders came out very fast, and exactly as ordered by all three members of our family. And tasty? DEFINITELY!nnTheir was another group there that had a member with a birthday. After the loud birthday song by the staff I made sure to threaten my husband if he ever did that to me. LolnnOverall, the prices were reasonable and the food and staff very good. Not the coziest/homiest place, but still a good experience.

I am very disappointed in Red Robin today. Called and was told a table was ready. When we showed up staff stated services was behind and trying to catch up. Was told it would be a min while they cleaned our table. We watch 5 families walk in and be seated. 30 min late we left. Terrible services. We will not give our business again.

Absolutely loved our experience here. I’ve been to many Red Robin’s in my life but none like this one. Our server was Cory and he was very attentive and was coming up to us often to make sure we always had refills of everything. They handled everything with COVID amazingly and made sure to distance themselves as best they can. Definitely recommend coming here!
