Awesome as much history is seen there...the Meyersdale Area Historical Society is closed for the season yet the caboose and the RR telephone booth are to be enjoyed.
Nice stopping place for food, rest, and provisions on the Great Allegheny Passage trail.
Great visitor center replica train sets, ice cream, indoor restrooms, and a gift shop with all kinds of logo Great Allegheny Passage merchandise as well as they have a #Dale. Great people in Meyersdale nice place to stay when we’re traveling in the area.
My favorite stop along the Great Allegheny Passage. Great gifts and souvenirs and everyone is so friendly.
Lots of cool stuff, and all free! A few extensive model train displays, and one you can turn on. A couple rooms of historical info, with lots of pictures and items. Really liked the caboose and information on railroad history. Nice it's right on the bike path too, definitely stop by when you're in town!
