The carpet in my family room was heavily soiled with cat urine. After trying to clean it on our own, we decided to have it professionally cleaned and called ServiceMaster. The ServiceMaster technician arrived at our home and made a thorough assessment of the carpet. Instead of just cleaning it and taking our money, he actually investigated the extent of the damage and recommended that we seal the floor, replace the pad and then clean the carpet. Given that I had just had another carpet service clean the carpet about 3 months earlier and it didn't seem to help at all, I was willing to try their recommendation. The service was quick, thorough, and completely wonderful! The carpet and room are now in great shape. The cost of their service was extremely reasonable. Even though I work full time, it was easy to contact everyone involved and coordinate what needed to be done. I would highly recommend this business to anyone looking for a professional and competent carpet cleaning experience!

Excellent experience with Tim and the ladies I dealt with on the phone, (Kelly and Suzette I believe) We had a huge mis-communication/issue with our home sellers and our original carpet cleaning. Tim came back to the house and busted his butt to make it where we can move my family in to this house with the current carpets. I am extremely grateful for how they responded to my concerns. He took his time and did a wonderful job! Very friendly and professional!
