It was ok.
I tried to buy a range. No luck. Mostly everything, smooth top, was sold out.nIt would have helped if they put a note on items sold out.nI know it's not Home Depot's fault they are sold out, but a sold out note would make shopping easier.
This place shut down small local hardware stores and replaced it with inept workers that are not knowledgeable nor do they care, with the exception of a few good workers on first shift. I have wasted so much time over the years going there for things the website says are in stock, only to find that it isn't available, and the shelf wasn't stocked properly. I have little çhoice but to continue to go to this place.
Good store here in st clair. Keep up the good work
Not a good experience. Absolutely no sense of urgency at customer service desk. Associates wandering around the store aimlessly but you can't get any help to check out or pick up an order. It was obvious other customers were feeling the same way.
