I initially called them at 8:30 pm and they were both kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. I was told to expect them in 20 minutes but had to call back after an hour. We agreed on rescheduling for the next morning at 7:30 am (today) but I waited an hour, called 3 or 4 times, and was met with the voicemail. They were going to charge me $300 dollars to come out and replace one tire, but after they completely flaked on me, I found someone who will do it for under $200. Unfortunately, because of this companies lack of professionalism, I will be missing an important interview today as I cannot have my tire replaced until tomorrow. I am sorely disappointed and hope the owners will consider this as they strategize how to improve the service they provide.

Please don’t ever use this company - it’s a huge scam. We started off with a blown tire but ended up having to thousands to fix our car because we called King DW. After hitting a pothole on Kelly Drive, this was the only company we could find that said they would replace our tire that evening. But then, after he said we also needed a new rim and then told me to drive back to his shop (which wasn’t his shop I found out later). He had me park my car on the side of the road and then said he still couldn’t find a rim, so would have to get one the next day. Each day, I waited and since he never texted or called me with updates, I had to call him. There were excuses after excuses of why it still wasn’t done. After over a week of this, he called me one night and cursed at me. Then he made threats about smashing in our windows when he talked to my husband and accused us of using slurs against him, which we did not. He was yelling and angry.nnWe couldn’t get our car towed because he had taken the tire and rim off and it was sitting behind a huge truck. When we finally bought a new tire and rim elsewhere and had it put on, we quickly realized that the catalytic converter had been cut and the back tail light was damaged while the car had been sitting there for 10 days. We ended up having to pay a ton of money to have each of these things repaired - way more than a new tire and rim would have cost and a lot more grief and frustration.

I was calling places all day trying to find someone with the tire i needed and not a single place i called had it. Found King DW 24 Hour Mobile Tire Service on google and decided to try even tho i had honestly given up hope. I sent over a picture of my truck tire and damaged rim, he called back 2 minutes later letting me know he can do the job and can get the tire I needed. He came to my house which was super convenient as my truck was un drivable and woulda needed a tow. He got the job done fast and efficiently even tho it was really dark outback of my house. 10/10 would recommend!
