Linntown Car Wash

Went here on Sunday put my card in the machine for auto wash. Took the money but .machine didn't work / register the transaction. Tried everything possible (about a half hour) to get it to work. But nothing worked. My wife called the managers number and left a message, but didn't get a call back. So Wednesday called again got answer and the guy said he was mailing the refund. But she never told him the address on the voicemail. He says oh yeah what's the address? So we'll see when the refund comes. Should throw in a free wash or something with it considering this ordeal. Hope nobody else has a problem here.nnUpdate: Received the gift card. ( Nothing extra, but that's fine) Went on Friday 06-23-2020 to use it finally cause I was in the area. After spending about 10-15 minutes trying to get the card to work, only to find out that the new machine that's put in there doesn't except the gift card from previous owner. Which should be posted somewhere, so that your not sitting in the hot sun trying to figure out how to use it! So I leave and call the owner and he informed me about the new machine and he would send a replacement card that'll work there. Now it's Wednesday 07-01-2020 and no card in mail. It's a big runaround I should have just taken a loss instead of devoting this much time for a car wash. Hopefully this place will get the bugs worked out, but for me it's a waste of my time and gas to go here even if I'm close by. I'll go a few blocks away to wash my car.

Automatic wash charged my card but would not open, tried multiple times, and card was declined

Usually pretty clean, however, it seems like they have been low on soap lately. Decently priced though.
