Arctic Circle

For many years, I've come into the Buhl Arctic in Buhl with my family and the biggest errors they continue to make is not getting our orders right. The boss is rarely in to monitor and guide the silly teenagers who are constantly horsing around in there, or simply not paying attention, or poo pooing our orders. We've had cold food, we've had old food. We've had hairs pop up in our food. The milkshakes are poorly mixed. Doesn't take long to be consuming white stuff as my milkshake. We have had other people's orders delivered to us instead of our own. I don't know why me and my family have continued to come in here after all these years. They don't seem to change, or want to change. They repeat the orders perfectly, but the food delivered to us is not what we order. What they seem to love to do time and time again is leave the white sauce on my burgers when I explicitly tell them not to put it on! I hate their white sauce. It tastes like plain milk. I hate plain milk. Who wants plain milk on their burgers? When I was a child, I ordered halibut and fries and got a bad case of food poisoning. Nobody wants food poisoning. Not like I had. I was very sick at the time. I'll never forget it. I'm going to the McDonald's from now on because this restaurant can never seem to get anything right with our orders! Sometimes the interior will not be the cleanest. Sometimes the wait times are long when there are barely any cars. Probably the kids horsing around in there. Why they are still in business, I will never understand. We've given you so many chances for so many years, but now it's time for me and my family to say goodbye and move on.

My husband's hometown of Buhl, Idaho. We were there swimming at Sligers for the day and got hungry. We normally drop by Jackson's country corner, but they had just closed at 2 and wouldn't open again till 4. So, we drove down the road to Arctic Circle. Living in bigger cities you really see the damage a building can take. We live in Caldwell and work in Boise. This small town had a really nice location. There were a lot of flies inside, but what can you say? They are near lots of cows and horses. The staff was friendly and had a young boy who might have been on his first day of working. We'll go back again one day.

Took 30 minutes to order through the drive through and there was only 5 vehicles in front of me. Was not happy about the wait time for a drive through with so few vehicles. Food was good as always just the wait was horrible.

Great customer service, great milkshakes and burgers. I did notice a couple times when I was there and ordered halibut and corn dogs that it tasted like the cooking oil needed to be changed both times. Same issue with the fries. It was the end of the day so it was probably right before they changed it for the night which is not their fault at all. Everyone that works there is super nice and friendly and very patient.
