I have lived here for five semesters. The best part about it is the private rooms. They are the largest private rooms you can get in Rexburg and I love the town home feel. The downstairs apartments have massive storage units so you can put a lot of your things in there and not feel bad about taking up space. It's amazing. The laundry room is in the clubhouse so you have to lug your laundry down there and they only give you a certain amount of washes/drys before you have to start paying for it so that sucks. I always run out before the end of the semester. Other than that it's a great place to live.

Great place to live, depending on which manager there is. Fall 2020 manager so far has been very helpful and kind. Watch out for extra fees though.

This is a great place to live, with great management. My only negative are the walls are pretty thin so you can hear noise from upstairs neighbors if you are living on the bottom floor or next door, and that sometimes the internet is really bad. That has been really hard with school being online due to COVID. But, for the price, location and management it’s worth it.

Great place to live. The manager is amazing! She is always welcoming, she listens to her residents, and is always there to help

This is my third semester at Brookside and I love it! Management is nice and decently efficient. Rooms are a decent size. Only downside is that one fridge is not enough for six folks. Management throws lots of fun events. Living and dining areas are nice too.
