Magic Suds

I'm giving this a 3 stars mostly based on location...it work so well for my little family and is most often then Not always functional. We live very close by where we have to use our apartments laundry mat...but it is not as reliable in getting clothes washed and dried. The only few problems I've had is the dryers are always a hit and a miss on which one works..but after tonight im not sure that's the fault of the owner. Tonight my husband and I were at magic suds..and there was a couple who was pretty suspicious...was there before we got there and had been drying the same little load of clothes for 2 hours. They sat in front of the dryer adding 76 minutes to the load continuously...never giving the dryer a break and when. The dryer would over heat they would sit on the button to make it keep going. The other people is people stealing others belongings from the washers and dryers. I haven't witnessed this..but have been at the mat where people are just sitting waiting for someone to leave their clothes unattended. Again these are not faults of anyone besides the people doing them. The place in of itself is great and convenient...just sucks that people are staying their all night to ruin yet another dryer. Or wander machine. The behavior of others is what's going to make so those of us responsible won't have the opportunity to do our laundry when needed.

They have tons of awesome dryers! Don't regard the other reviews! Just bring lots of ones because the 5$ change machine is broken

Very clean place and all the machines were working (unlike others I've gone to, where 20-30% of their machines were out of order). Also reasonably priced, in my opinion.

I’m new here and not a student. My drier broke so I’ve needed to run my washed clothes somewhere. I’ve been here three times in two weeks and as if the facility isn’t small enough, the same 2/10 machines have remained out of order. Today another 4/10 were jammed and wouldn’t accept any change. 6/10 driers completely out of order. I settled for the machine that shuts off every ten minutes. And there are cigarette butts all over inside. Really?

I was VERY disappointed.nThe place was DIRTY!! The floors were trashy and looked like they hadn't been mopped in a month. The folding tables were also disgusting. The only clean things were the insides of washers and dryers! This is not what I expected to find in a quaint little town like Rexburg. ud83dude10
