Normally have a pretty good experience at this location... they are fast and friendly ... however today I got major attitude at the drive thru window with a woman with short red hair ... refused to take my $100 bill for a $9 order... it’s all the money I had on me ... she told me it was posted on the door ... not helpful considering I was in the drive thru and didn’t go to their door... super rude ... took my $100 next door to chick Fil a.
I love taco bell, for fast food its a great option for vegetarians like me as you can opt for beans instead of meat! Though line was very slow and long, definitely going back though!
10/20/2020 at 8:25pm. My boyfriend and I went through the drive-through and he had ordered 2 Doritos locos tacos and 1 crunch wrap supreme. The 1 crunch wrap supreme wasn't in the bag. We parked then went through the drive-through to ask for the taco he had not received about 1 minute after. The manager goes ”I’m the manager here and I just made that order... It's in the bag”. Refused to give us the taco and said we must have put it somewhere and that we were wrong. Why the heck would we try to finesse 1 taco. The attitude on this women was discussing and child like. We've always had good friendly service here but she was just so unprofessional it was unbelievable.
This is one of the worst taco bells i have eaten at. The food is made terribly and they never have everything on the menu. They are always out of nachos and the sauce packets. Where is the management at this store. Had to wait in the drive thru line again to get more sauce packets because i ordered at least 15 tacos and they gave me 6 sauce packets.
Fast, efficient, and friendly. The food was made exactly right and the pickup was smooth and easy.
