I placed an order online. It was ready for pick up 20 minutes later. My husband picks it up, brings it home, and it's not correct. I call the store, tell them it's wrong, and they agree to remake the sandwich. My husband again goes to pick it up. He returns and says the lady making the sandwich GLARED at him the entire time. She then proceeded to make the sandwich off of the receipt order, (which did not go through correctly in the first place) until my husband gave her the hand written order I made for him. He comes home, and guess what, the order is still wrong! Not to mention, if you get a chicken, bacon, ranch sandwich....the sandwich should have more than two strips of chicken. One more place I will not give my business to. The owners were rude and could not correct the issue without creating another.

Sorry to say I have not had one good experience at any Subway in the Lehigh valley. Now if you go down to Jersey the subs are excellent in that state

As nice a subway as can be found. Clean, well maintained facility. Friendly, courteous staff.

Excellent service and the food is always fresh. Owner makes the sandwiches just the way my son likes it (portion size and temperature). My son loves this place and doesn't like to go to any other Subway.

Nipped my cold cut craving in the bud. Crunchy cucumbers, fresh tomatoes, soft (Not soggy) bread. Just what I needed. Staff was quick and friendly.
