Tonight we were sat down a little past 5pm. We waited and waited. Watch three other tables get sat. All of those tables were waited on, and got to order. No one came to us, no waiter or waitress talked to us. We ended up walking out and telling the hostess who sat us 25min prior that no one served us or even talked to us. She was nice she was the only person who actually did her job.nThis is the 2nd time that its happened to my wife and i. In the same table area. The 2 seat tables up against the wall in between the bar and the lounge area. This is not good service at all...

We ordered Curbside online, I'd give it a 4 1/2 if I could because the dipping sauce for the onion rings was missing but everything else was just as good as remembered eating inside. The order made it to the car on time and everything was still warm to hot when I got it home. The burgers and fries traveled well but the fried fish was a bit soggy. That was to be expected and not their fault, 3 minutes in a hot oven got them crispy again. I got my first adult beverage take-out. I couldn't resist because their specialty drinks are so good. Again, not disappointed. From the car, I saw masks being worn and cleaning happening. Well done, Red Robin!

Sadly, this experience proves to be our last experience with Red Robin! The staff was friendly, but lacked attention to detail. Especially at such low seating capacity! There is likely a break down in good communication between BOH, expo, and FOH. That results in food tasting like it was dead in the window! There were several things that I observed that are contrary to industry standards. What was the real ending point was something we encountered in the beginning and quite honestly would have caused us to leave had it not been a special night out. The menu is now scanning a q-code on the table with your phone. This was very uncomfortable, as 1 of our party did not have a phone on them, and also made it harder to read. The over obsession with making things be socially distanced has now distanced us away. We were celebrating a special occasion, and instead ended up regretting our choice to come instead of taking up another opportunity. Please reevaluate a few things. We were extremely disappointed.
