First time I did an online order and everything was fine, Got up to the speaker confirmed my name and order and then the gentleman then had me go wait upfront by the window. Took a decent amount of time for order to come out. As he was handing me my order I asked for extra fire sauce he said absolutely now with my online order i had asked for 6 to begin with. As i got all the way home and I had no fire sauce packets. ud83dude21

I don’t usually accept deliveries from Taco Bell because of the long wait times, but if it’s not late at night I can go up to this window and usually have it within 5-10 minutes. The other day I rang the bell and waited a couple minutes while one girl walked right passed the window without acknowledging that I was even there. I was going to give 1 star but the girl that finally did come to the window was surprisingly very nice. There was a guy that I think was the manager that was going into the building as I was getting the order and he was also really nice to me. Good customer service is very rare at a fast food place anymore so for that reason they get a good rating. ud83dudc4d

Although the drive thru line was lengthy, it didn't take long to get through the line and receive my food. It was the most pleasant employees that I have encountered at this taco bell. Congrats to great service.
