Good food as expected. Order accuracy lacking.. Cleanliness in lobby.. could use attention. Stingy on napkins. Only got one for 2 people, 2 sandwiches and large curly fry.
We went around noon so the people working at that time were very very nice. And made sure we had everything we needed
Employee Daniel who served me and manager Ashley who answered the phone at 9:40PM and was very nice and respectful about the fact I was going to be there legit right before they closed and told me they would stay open for me was honestly the best.nnHonestly the best Arbys to go to! Best experience I’ve had at an Arbys and will be spending my money HERE despite Windgap and Easton being much closer.
Food and customer service is fine, but the wait times at the drive through need to be addressed. It’s 6pm on a Tuesday, it shouldn’t take 20 minutes to go through the drive through. This is a common theme at this restaurant as it’s happened multiple times before.
If you want a plain Turkey sandwich, just bread & turkey, make sure you explain it 12 times - because apparently 11 times isn't enough & they'll make it wrong
