Jill seems to genuinely love finding people a home, and I think she provides the highest level of service possible. Jill quickly provided me with crucial information about prospective properties. She expertly worded purchase offer and inspection contingencies. She helped me avoid pitfalls while buying a home. Her creativity helped put together a great deal, and she kept the deal together when problems came up. She consistently exemplified high ethical standards. Jill's professionalism and experience guided me smoothly through the entire home buying process.

Jill deserves ten stars, but don't see that as an option. First off, we didn't use her for our home purchase, wish we would have, but I have had some close friends struggling to find housing and she has been superb! She is super helpful to work with, is very patient in answering your questions and is very timely in alerting you to property that becomes available. We are looking to grab an investment property and its hard to find anything right now, but Jill is always sending us information and listings every couple weeks to let us know what's available. Really appreciate someone who is willing to help us out and spend her time and money, even if we are not clients.
