Would have left a 5 star rating but the manager never seems to be there and between 10 and noon no one seems to answer the phone. The new lady that works there now is very pleasant but the guy that was there was awesome. Not only was he very knowledgeable but he had the best customer service I have ever had in Rexburg! The food is good but honestly he was the reason we started going so often, including driving the extra distance. They are military friendly.
Love Port of Subs! It is such a great place to work and visit and its always super inviting. The food is amazing and they keep up on the deals and limited time offers which is so nice! Management is great and so are the workers because they always try to keep it real and easy going with customers.
Not once, not twice, but three times now I have ordered a sandwich with salami and have instead gotten ham. THREE TIMES. Normally I’m there to correct it and say “that’s ham not salami” but this time my brother ordered and didn’t realize. Please tell me how this keeps happening? They are not the same meats. Also this location takes a very long time to make the sandwich.

I have ordered from here multiple times and haven't had any issues until the last couple of times. The first issue was them drowning my salad in the sauce that was supposed to go on the side. By time I got it, it was limp and soggy. I figured it may have been a lunch rush mistake and let it go. But today, my sandwich AND salad had MOLDY TOMATOES. A LOT OF FUZZY MOLD. I don't know how someone could have missed it. They offered to remake my sandwich but I'm not in the mood to eat again anytime soon...
