I'm an owner of a long-haired cat. I needed my carpets cleaned for my landlord before I moved. I watched Mr. Johnson clean my carpets with his counter rotating brush. I COULD NOT believe the amount of cat hair he pulled out of my carpet, because I vacuum on a daily basis. My landlord was very pleased with the results and said that she didn't even want to walk on the floor because it looked so clean. HUGE thumbs up to this guy!
