We just bought some lumber from BMC and they went over and beyond helping us get that lumber to the site… I greatly appreciate their help and their expertise
They were super helpful in finding the right material for our project. Rachel stepped up and spent the time with us making sure it was exactly what we needed.
If you are not a contractor or a big client have fun. Customer care is lacking. I purchased some lumber and they told me where to go get it from their yard. Nobody walked with me to ensure I found the appropriate product. I understand treating bigger clients better but I was the only person in the whole store. This service is company wide not just at this location.
I went into the store and paid cash for baseboard that I was told was in stock and advised that my flooring installer would be by to pick it up later that day. When he went to pick it up some of it was water damaged and he was told that they would order some more asap. Several days later they still had not received it...nnBecause the installer needed to finish the job I had him reinstall the old baseboard. At that point I called BMC and told them that we would not need the remainder of the baseboard. I also asked them to please issue a refund to my credit card account....nnA month has passed and I still have not received the refund. I called today and despite providing them very detailed information about the invoice and the order, they seem to be clueless about what I was a talking about and ask that I've come in in person and bring a receipt. What a waste of time. Never going to shop there again.
Natalie was great, her effort and care was amazing. Very rare these days.
