Ordered through the portal on a Tuesday afternoon and received my text saying my order was ready for pickup. However, when I got to the store it was CLOSED! I called about 5 times - once a week for about a month and each time was told that the district manager was heading to the store and will look into the transactions and give me a call personally. I NEVER RECEIVED A PHONE CALL NOR A REFUND FOR THAT MATTER!! I’m still waiting for my refund. The customer service from the supers and higher ups are far worst than the employees and that’s just ridiculous.
