Well lit, nice area as of fall 2019. Station is clean.

Sometimes open ticket window, limited parking. Limited train service for so close to the city. Train ride is 14 minutes. There's an underpass from into center City/out of center City. Pretty busy rush hours. Off hours not as busy. There is partial shelter from weather.

Once you magically learn how to actually get to the platform by foot without jumping over the railtracks it is a great station. There are no signs from the East Falls/Germantown side to guide pedestrians to the proper side of the tracks. Especially a pain if you walk to the station and want to go to Center City on the times where the train runs once every hour.

Fine station conveniently located in the area. Trains usually run late and is crowded during the weekends and rush times.

They couldn't fix the machine to take cards and being Septa, they don't have a back up. Had to find an ATM, miss my train and be a half hour late for work. F U SEPTA!
