Poor service and did not put all my food in my order.
The food was absolutely amazing, ate every crumb! Our waitress was extremely nice and informative. She and my friend Christine Thompson (comment below) got along so well that she forgot my strawberry lemonade 3 times. I think they might be best friends now. We've already made plans to go back soon. Overall fantastic experience! So glad Christine suggested this place!
Server was polite. Wait time was horrendous. After an hour manager told us our steaks were burned. Then after 20 more minutes the manager came with our food. We were putting our coats on to leave he offered to paid for it so it was free. Called customer relations they comped us a gift card. Mind you this is the location on city Avenue in philly. I do not recommend this location. Also it was my birthday so I was not happy.
Theres a great ambience at this restaurant notwithstanding the Pandemic situation....this restaurant is under the management of Keith and he has an experienced selective staff that's very professional, courteous and attentive to all the customer's needs. The food was prompt and very tasty! Keith made sure to make his presence known to make sure that our table was taken care of in a timely and professional manner! I look forward to dining there every week! I highly recommend this restaurant at this location!
Better than outback & friendlier service & better quality steaks!!!
