Mike Church and Kestrel Realty were exceptionally kind and helpful during our home buying process. As our first home, we had many many questions, and Mike patiently answered each one. He was very understanding of our hesitations and was reassuring every step of the way, without being pushy. He helped us to make safe and smart bids, and helped us through the countless communications needed (inspectors, appraiser, mortgage, insurance, etc.). It was all very intimidating, but he confidently led us along the way and made the whole process easy.nnHe has a wealth of knowledge and trustworthy advice, guiding us away from stretching beyond our means, despite this being a cut to his bottom line. He even steered us away from houses (that we later found out) he was representing, because he knew they weren’t right for our needs. Never in the process did he feel like a salesman; instead he was a mentor and a friend throughout.nnWe have been very happy in our home, and are so glad that Mike was there to help make it a reality.
