The cashier informed me they had no change so they would have to round my purchase up to $11.00 dollats due to the national coin shortage. I haven't run across a single other vendor in Moscow ID refusing to give change.nI suggested that they go to the bank and get some. Respose - banks are out of change due to the coin shortage. I haven't had any problem getting change at either US Bank or P1FCU. if they can't provide change why do they get to round up the transaction. I bet if they had yo round down, they'd figure out a way to make change. The cashier was even ruder when I pulled up to the window with a whole handfull of change and asked her to count it to make sure it was right. I am going to the bank and my piggy bank the next time I go to your restaurant and pay the $10.59 in pennies, nickles and dimes. And ask that the cashier count it.
Good for a quick snack. Usually pretty fast service.
Food is a lot better now and customer service is better but the problem of missing items and not getting what I ordered continues. Everytime I have visited the new tacobell there is either an item missing or an item is wrong and by my own fault I never check till I am home and don’t want to go back out. It’s very frustrating when it happens over and over.
The service and food were great.
