I’ve used them only once before and was impressed with how much time they took to explain the process and prices to me, as well as with the nice clean result! I’ve had better detailing jobs but they were more expensive. That being said, they were the first place that came to mind when I needed to get my company car cleaned, and the only day I could do it was a rainy, dreary day. Business was slow so they were closed for the day, but when I called to see what was going on, the owner offered to clean the car on his own since he was at the wash anyway. I was so, so grateful that he took the time to open up just for me, and again took the time to explain any different circumstances and accommodations! I don’t know if this is just a one-time stroke of luck, but I can definitely say that they will be getting more of my business in the future!

I love this place and go 3 times a month. But today i really felt some kinda way the gentleman at the both is always polite and courteous and takes the time to explain everything to you ...but today it was the guys up front that had me not thinking to kindly of them..i get it that it was busy but i got the extreme and when i pointed out a couple things they were very short with me and acted like they didnt speak English and i showed them what a lousy vacuum job they did they looked at each other and walked away to another car. Also i guess what really did it for me was my wheels were not done and they really missed most of 2 of my tires with the shine.. its funny they thanked me when i put the tip in the container...

Have been using Magic Shine for about 5 years now. Had to leave because of moving out of the area. They are so nice and very efficient and they do an absolute first rate job on washing and cleaning the inside and wheels. They are awesome and the price is good as well. If you live in the area or just outside of the area, please take your car here and you will be very glad that you did. Excellent service and great employee's.

On 11/4/2020 I paid 30.00 for an upgraded interior/exterior car wash. The offer included vacuuming the first and second rows. I observed the technician, who did a very minimal job in the front row, and did not even bother to do the second row at all. When I mentioned it after my car went through the wash, the technician on the outside was happy to correct the problem, but I feel that for 30.00, I should not have to mention it at all. I would like to suggest that the vacuuming is done at the end of the cycle rather than at the beginning where the cars are stacked up, waiting to go in to be washed. The price was way too high for what was done, and I will probably be looking for a new service; this was not the first time I had to mention this as an issue. Felt a little ripped off.
