Placed a party tray order four days in advance for a 1pm Saturday pickup. Show up at exactly 1pm and I was told the order isn’t ready, and to wait in my car for 10-15 minutes and they’ll bring it out. I had other pickups to make so I said I would need to come back. I came back almost an hour later and the order still wasn't ready. Good thing I didn’t wait in my car. Not the end of the world because we are only talking about hoagies here, so I was more annoyed than angry. The quality of the hoagies was a 5/5, the time management was a 0/0. So they get three stars. Would still recommend them since this could’ve been a one-off.
Went to this primos hoagies today and it was by far the best primos around. Good friend customers and even better hoagies. Definitely will be back next week to pick up a tray again for the eagles game!!!great job guys!
