It's a good car wash. If it's your first time it can be a little intimidating. Staff removes antennas and reattaches after and hand dries any remaining water. No damage to vehicle either. Only criticism is that staff is a little aggressive with ordering how your vehicle rides in the track. That part could be more pleasant, but overall a good experience.
I went through the car wash and the track took off my valve steam off leaving my tire flat. The men in charge insisted that The men in charge insisted that I take the tire off myself and put my spare tire on then drive down the road to get it fixed leaving me to take the spare tire back off and put my now fixed tire back on my car. The owner got on the phone and Ask to know what exactly was going on I told him and he tells me the same exact thing. I told him being a business owner myself (Philly Fades Barbershop) I do not feel as though he is handling the situation professionally. Only then did he ask what would I like to have happened here. I told him there is no way I am taking the tire off myself putting the spare on and going through all of the motions required for what he said. Then he request for me to drive his employee's car with my tire down the street to the tire shop to get it fixed because he could not leave only one employee there to run the wash...after all was done I received no money back and no compensation for anything that happened.
They do a nice job with the wash and the towel dry is thorough. It would be better if there was a longer or better rinse cycle, and if you didn't have to play for a vacuum.
Yes it’s just a basic car wash but my truck is clean and nice workers
They did an excellent job and very reasonably priced.
