A previous review of this company and one of its agents Shane Zaring, citing irresponsible representation and negligence was initially dismissed by the company and even denied. Bud Bolan denied any responsibility until I was forced to obtain legal representation. After numerous lawsuits and filing complaints with the Idaho Real Estate Commission the case was finally reviewed and their negligence was documented. The IREC judgement order is attached. No RE10 was signed or filed, yet Bud Bolan continued to claim zero knowledge or responsibility.. No document was ever completed or submitted, Leaving me with over 35K in undisclosed housing repairs needed after taking possession of the property. The inspector Shea Sundstrom of North Idaho Home Inspections failed to do his job and it was later revealed he was a friend of Chad Mitchells, and Chad was also a friend of the sellers agent Shane Zaring. The most unprofessional and deceitful housing transaction I have ever experienced. Chad Mitchell now works for Keller Williams ....alongside Shane Zaring and Bud Bolan.
