Tim was great help in getting our home sold fast in Coeur d'Alene and working a great deal for us to Buy a new construction home in Post Falls. Our issues in the past with professionals in the area was a lack of communication and not knowing what was going on through the process. Tim has a great system in place and was always available when we needed him. We always knew what was going on in both of our transactions. Plus a portion of his earnings went to a Local Charity we picked.
