Kathy Reed House is not a real estate agency. It's a beautiful subsidized apartment complex for age 62+ only, managed by St. Vincent de Paul North Idaho in Coeur d'Alene. Who says you can't retire on a fixed income? Ask the happy tenants here; they'll gladly tell you all about it!

There maintenance man , is a drug dealer, he's also well known for beating women, and grandest part is they hired to care for others a man with a record , that consists of homicide, child endangerment, drug dealing , spousal abuse, it just never ends this guys record , he has a young girl living there ,not his child, I have no doubt he's a rapeist to and you dare think of living in such a place , it's sick, how nobody does background checks ,nobody cares how many people he moves into the maintenance apartment, do not live here ,move here, or put your loved ones here , this man's debt to society isn't even paid off yet and simply because he's a good conartist , doesn't mean he should ever be allowed around those he can pray upon , shame on you Cathy Reed house

My mom lives there and for the most part I feel extremely happy that she's somewhere safe. You have to be buzzed in so for anyone just to walk in unknown is next to Impossible
