I called several times over a two week period to get someone to come out and give me an estimate on a garage/granny flat renovation and was told repeatedly Matt would call me. 2 weeks later, I’m tired of waiting and will find someone else to give my business to. I even asked if they don’t have time to do an estimate then please tell me but don’t keep saying someone will be in touch. It’s unprofessional.nnI’m editing my review as they’ve since reached out to me and are now working on an estimate. Matt was lovely to deal with.

Great experience all around -- we discovered an underground leak in the middle of December, and figured we would have to sign away our first-born child to get it fixed. Capital was recommended to us -- and with good reason! We received a free in-person consultation, and amazing service on the repair. I know it was obvious I was clueless about the repairs or what was going on, but Randy took the time to explain everything and went the extra mile to ensure that our problem was solved. These guys are true professionals -- I would highly recommend their services to anyone in the area!

AVOID, I was charged a high estimate fee $90.00 and was told the pump replacement would have a overnight shipping of $100.00 , I told her “ no “ that next week was fine. They came out the following week and installed the pump , I was charged $600.00 . I checked the price of the pump at several places it was from $160.00 to $200.00 with free shipping. I called Capital Plumbing and asked what their markup was ,she was reluctant to say. I told her it is usually between 15 and 25% , she said they have a 35% markup. I told her you charged me 150% markup on pump, she said pump was 260.00 plus tax and overnight shipping $100.00 total $373.00. Told her you charged me $420.00 which is a 150% markup. She said ( “ so “ , you paid it ) . Make sure you check other plumbers prices on parts and charge for getting a estimate which is usually free not $90.00 , and then $90.00 an hour plus 150% markup on parts for the repair.
