COVID QUESTIONS: 1)Do they wear masks? A: Yes! 2)Do they wear masks that cover their mouth *and * nose to prevent airborne particals from circulating? A: Yes! 3) Do they keep guests 6 ft. apart? A: I have not eaten inside since Covid-19 hit, so unsure. 4) Do they repeatedly wipe everything down and thoroughly clean after each customer? A: Unsure, but I know when they bring curbside pickup, they wear full face covering mask and we can see inside they do too. 5) Overall per Covid cleanliness I highly recommend their curbside pickup, I'm high risk so I don't eat inside any place where air circulation occurs. Review: I can't tell you how delicious Red Robins burgers and food are, it's SO GOOD! Always kind couerteous staff, always perfectly cooked food, burgers are a great size. The price is a bit higher, but the burgers size and quality makes up for it. We have split 2 burgers between 3 ppl in the past and we were full. That's what keeps us going back! My *only*critique would be if the price could be lower, $30 for two burgers and fries (does not incl. Soda) means $15 a burger, that's a bit steep. I could see $8 a meal, or $10 a meal with a drink. Other than that, delicious food, great service!

I would say that most of the time the wait staff and the french fries are going to be awesome. Maybe 3 out of 4 times is everything going to be good. Tonight my burger was what I would call cold. Tried to tell the waiter 3 or 4 times but he had so many tables in which he was saying he was sorry for something. I couldn't ever get his full attention. Maybe I'll go back in a few months and try again.

Great atmosphere excellent service excellent food. Everything was cooked like we wanted it. We did have to wear masks into the building. But could take them off as soon as we got to the table. You are spread out. Waitress was so helpful and kind. Staff all around helpful. We celebrated a birthday. They sang and gave a free dessert to the birthday girl. They sing with masks on. Awesome.

We went about 45 minutes before closing. The staff was super friendly and took great care of us. We ate at 3 different restaurants in the area during our visit and Red Robins was hands down the best for service and timely delivery. These are stressful times, but the wait staff definitely smiled and worked hard through a relatively busy pandemic evening. We felt comfortable and welcome.
